A2J1 Logistics provides trucking dispatch, rate negotiation, load booking, and back-office support services for independent carriers and small fleets operating in the United States. Our services are offered on a subscription or per-load basis as described in our pricing plans.

2. SMS Messaging Program

A2J1 Logistics operates an SMS messaging program to deliver operational communications including load offers, confirmations, rate updates, and support messages to enrolled users.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable U.S. transportation regulations.
Not misrepresent your fleet size, MC number, or operational details.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for dispatch services are outlined in the plan selected at signup. Payments are due as agreed upon in your service agreement. A2J1 Logistics reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

A2J1 Logistics acts as a dispatch intermediary and is not liable for load cancellations, broker disputes, delayed payments from shippers, or losses arising from carrier decisions made independently. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in which an issue arose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the A2J1 Logistics website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of A2J1 Logistics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding balances remain due. SMS enrollment will be canceled automatically upon service termination or upon receipt of a STOP message.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
